Being a fitness woman is not at all difficult, as simply taking out some time from your hectic daily schedule for exercising and maintaining a proper diet will help to do so.</p>
<p>The athletes are incredibly fit because of their passion towards exercising. Today, keeping one’s body fit is essential for everybody, may it be a man or woman. However, some of the important tips that can help a woman become an effective fitness woman are: -</p>

<li>Choose a set or list of exercises that suits your body. It’s better to consult a doctor if you have undergone any surgical operation in the past. Do not just copy a number of exercises from your friend or other effective fitness woman. Seek advice from your trainer about what sort of exercises and nutrition will be good for your body.</li>
<li>If you are aiming at reducing the fats in your body, it’s better to concentrate exercising on the muscular parts of your body. This will develop the muscles and subsequently burn more calories which will lessen the amount of fat in your body.</li>
<li>Set some targets like reducing your weight by 2 -3 Kg in a week and try to accomplish it. Do not go for setting targets which are not possible. This will lead you towards frustration. One should always have patience while working out as there is no shortcut in exercising.</li>
<li>Make certain progressions in your exercises based on your performance. Your fitness trainer will obviously suggest you, when to increase the number of exercises. Your muscles will be stronger and habituated to tough exercises after 6- 7 months. Treat them accordingly.</li>
<li>Every set of exercises should have at least 10 – 12 repetitions. Make these movements correctly and with less momentum. This will make your muscles work harder and burn more calories.</li>

<li>Your body needs to remain hydrated if you are working hard. In case you sweat a lot, it’s recommended to drink more water and other sports drink.</li>
<li>Do not compete with your fitness women, as it may be harmful for your body. The health and stamina of every fitness woman differ from the other. It’s better to get motivated from others but do not do something silly which might lead you in trouble.</li>
